We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Dealership Controller to join our team. In this multi-location role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, leading a team, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. You will play an integral role in the leadership team and collaborate with both dealership management and corporate teams to drive financial efficiency and help our business grow!!
Key Responsibilities include :
- Oversee all accounting and financial operations for multiple dealership locations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end close processes.
- Develop and implement financial controls and policies to support compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with dealership General Managers to analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor cash flow, inventory, and expense controls to achieve profitability goals.
- Supervise and mentor dealership accounting staff, providing training and leadership to optimize team performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and corporate leadership as needed.
