We are in search of a General Manager to join our client's team in Rutland, Vermont. This role centers on leading all team members and overseeing all business aspects in our industry. Responsibilities
- Providing leadership to all team members.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of the organization's vision and mission.
- Working towards diversifying the customer base through the development of new customers and organic growth with the existing customer base.
- Streamlining and improving processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Taking full responsibility for Profit and Loss (P& L), establishing, and maintaining the operating plan and associated budgets.
- Establishing, implementing, and communicating the strategic direction of the organization's operations.
- Effectively managing and overseeing production and operating metrics, company goals and KPI’s and related reporting for Corporate.
- Maintaining a clear understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Identifying, recommending, and implementing new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an operations role
- Proficiency in Profit Loss and Profit Growth analysis
- Experience in Profit and Loss management
- Familiarity with reviewing Financial Statements
- Expertise in conducting Financial Statement Audits
- Comprehensive knowledge in Budgeting and Forecasting
- Proficiency in KPI Reporting
- Experience in Production Management
- Demonstrated ability in Process Improvement
- Experience in developing and executing Annual Operating Plans
- Familiarity with creating and implementing Operating Plans
- Knowledge of Operating Policies and Procedures
- Proven experience in General Management
- Experience in Contract Manufacturing is a plus
