Responsibilities:
- Maintains knowledge of products and services relating to treasury management.
- Ensures compliance with audit regulations.
- Guides and trains the team effectively.
- Ensures support team is efficiently trained.
- Monitors workload distribution and staffing levels.
- Resolves escalated customer service issues.
- Tracks problem resolution for customer satisfaction.
- Identifies risk issues and recommends risk management strategies.
- Measures and tracks team performance.
- Uses databases and tech tools to track service results.
- Communicates policies and procedures to team.
- Enhances associates & specialists effectiveness.
- Ensures regulatory compliance, including taking required online trainings.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of treasury experience, ideally in banking
- 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows
- Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of retail product procedures and documentation
- Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) preferred
- Understanding of Business, Commercial Deposit & Treasury products
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to accurately and effectively work with internal and external customers and vendors
- Familiar with analyzing customer credit data and financial information
