Responsibilities:
• Manage client cases in bankruptcy (Chapters 7 and 11, including Subchapter V) procedures effectively.
• Process and review client documents for insolvency analysis accurately.
• Administer bankruptcy filings and maintain precise records.
• Use E-discovery document review platforms for document production and review.
• Coordinate with federal courts for litigation processes, scheduling hearings, and meeting deadlines.
• Use case management software for efficient tracking of cases and deadlines.
• Operate PACER filing and other document management systems.
• Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and track billable time.
• Maintain detail-oriented communication with clients, co-workers, opposing counsel, and court staff.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite/Adobe and other software for various tasks.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
