Responsibilities :
- Administering various benefits programs including health savings accounts (HSA) and flexible spending accounts (FSA)
- Conducting audits of benefits programs to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Working with external benefits providers to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Handling manual uploads of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files as part of benefits administration
- Assisting with the administration of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Washington Paid Leave
- Communicating effectively with employees to explain benefits and address inquiries
- Liaising with Accounts Payable for invoice processing related to benefits administration
- Utilizing various software systems including Microsoft D365, ADP, and Excel for benefits administration tasks
- Conducting audits of 401k plans
- Understanding and working with stop-loss insurance as part of benefits administration.
The salary range for this position is $120k to $125k. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurances; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with a match and 20 days of PTO & Sick Time and 10 paid holidays per calendar year.
