This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Engage in bilingual communication with members to address debt-related issues• Establish repayment plans with members who are behind on their payments• Keep precise and current records related to member debts• Comply with all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to debt recovery• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold member satisfaction• Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from members• Perform data entry tasks as required• Utilize Zoom and Microsoft Outlook for internal communication and coordination• Operate a multi-line phone system to manage and direct calls.
