The chosen candidate will be the initial point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and inquiries while providing a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:• Provide support to policyholders by offering detailed insurance product information• Handle specific call types and fulfill requests according to departmental procedures• Assist customers with basic technical troubleshooting for self-service related issues• Respond to inquiries regarding claim service and intake related issues• Provide updates on policy statuses to policyholders• Exhibit and practice the organization's common purposes and shared traits• Participate in the training and mentoring of Entry Level Representatives• Forward calls to the sales team to increase revenue• Handle claim intake for policyholders• Maintain the standards of the department related to quality, average handle time, and other key performance indicators• Work in various shifts within the specified timeframe• Collaborate with leadership to understand organizational objectives, support process improvements, and provide feedback.
