What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Analyst position at Robert Half?
We are currently partnering with an International Logistics and Distribution company that is looking to hire a Billing Analyst. The Billing Analyst will be instrumental in managing the Accounts Receivable and Billing functions for the Miami office. Duties Include:
- Generating customer invoices and working with the account management team to ensure that invoices are accurate and adhere to the customer contracts
- Handle inbound customer calls to discuss account balances, invoice discrepancies, trouble shoot issues and facilitate customer payments
- Receive payments and reconcile customer accounts to maintain current payment requirements
- Generate AR Aging reports for management
- Handle collection efforts and inform management on customer resolutions/non-payment issues
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is strongly preferred for the role
- 1 to 2 years of experience with Billing, Collections and Accounts Receivable
- Excellent Customer Service skills to include verbal and written fluency in English
- Multi-tasker with the ability to work independently and trouble shoot issues with minimal guidance
- Strong Excel skills - experience with Pivot Tables and V Look Ups is preferred
Salary : $28 - $30
