Billing Analyst

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Billing Analyst to become a part of our team. This role is located in Plymouth, Minnesota. The job function involves processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries. The industry we operate in is Accounts Receivable and Billing.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer applications for credit
• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy
• Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for managing financial data
• Handle Billing Functions and Monthly Billing tasks
• Operate CRM and Business Central for customer relationship management and business operations
• Manage Cash Applications and ensure timely and accurate billing
• Use 'About Time' software for efficient workflow management
• Perform various Accounting Functions related to accounts receivable and billing.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Must be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Experience with 'About Time' software is preferred.
• Should have a thorough understanding of Accounting Functions.
• Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential.
• Knowledge of Billing Functions is required.
• Familiarity with Business Central 365 is preferred.
• Must have previous experience in Billing.
• Proficiency in Billing software is essential.
• Experience with Monthly Billing is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Cash Applications is required.
