• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records
• Resolve customer inquiries related to billing in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed
• Use accounting software systems to perform billing functions
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial management
• Use computerized billing and EHR SYSTEM to manage customer invoices
• Use Epic Software and About Time for time management and billing purposes
• Perform accounting functions and manage accounts receivable (AR)
• Handle answering inbound calls related to billing queries.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems• ADP - Financial Services competency
