The Bookkeeper will have the responsibility to manage a variety of accounting tasks including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities:• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.• Maintain precise customer credit records.• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.• Oversee bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.• Handle bookkeeping tasks and ensure month-end close procedures are completed accurately.• Process payroll using appropriate software.• Use Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for data entry and other tasks.• Ensure all financial data is up to date and entered correctly.
