This role presents a long term contract employment opportunity within our team.Responsibilities:• Accurately process and reconcile account transactions• Handle accounts payable and receivable• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy• Maintain detailed records for bookkeeping and data entry purposes• Use Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and reporting• Conduct month-end close procedures to ensure accurate financial records• Manage payroll duties, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time• Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks• Resolve any financial discrepancies or inquiries• Oversee the processing of W-2 forms for employees.
