As a Bookkeeper, you will be tasked with the responsibility of overseeing the company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. You will perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage the general ledger• Accurately record accounts payable and accounts receivable data• Reconcile bank statements to internal accounts and rectify discrepancies• Conduct month-end and year-end closes• Ensure timely processing and recording of all payroll transactions• Maintain and manage data entry tasks with high level of accuracy • Utilize Quickbooks for recording and reporting financial information• Use Microsoft Excel to organize and interpret financial data• Execute account reconciliation tasks to identify and resolve discrepancies• Monitor financial transactions and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant financial rules and regulations.Please contact Carly Sahagian with Robert Half to review this position.
