My client is a family-owned commercial real estate company headquartered just outside of Washington, D.C. with a need for a Full Charge Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for all operational accounting using QuickBooks. Bookkeepers with small business experience are highly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidates for this Full Charge Bookkeeper opportunity will have experience in QuickBooks Online, proficiency in managing vendor payables, accounts receivables, bank reconciliations, and preparing monthly financials. Duties
My client is a family-owned commercial real estate company headquartered just outside of Washington, D.C. with a need for a Full Charge Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for all operational accounting using QuickBooks. Bookkeepers with small business experience are highly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidates for this Full Charge Bookkeeper opportunity will have experience in QuickBooks Online, proficiency in managing vendor payables, accounts receivables, bank reconciliations, and preparing monthly financials. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for the following duties:
- Post and process Accounts Payable journal entries in QuickBooks Online
- Maintain bank reconciliations for the organization
- Post donations, monitoring lockbox payments
- Code, match, batch, and process checks and ACHs payments
- Assisting in preparing monthly financials
- Assist with preparing client billing
- Set up new vendors within
- Assist with collection activity
- Process credit card reconciliations, EFTs & ACHs
- Processing 1099s and W9s
Requirements

3 years experience in bookkeeping
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
