Responsibilities:
• Manage and reconcile accounts payable transactions and general ledger entries
• Maintain precise vendor records and reconcile statements
• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
• Provide administrative support to the Accounting and HR departments
• Utilize QuickBooks for various bookkeeping tasks
• Conduct bank reconciliations regularly
• Handle data entry tasks as required
• Use Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks
• Oversee month end close procedures
• Manage payroll operations as needed.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Expertise in Bank Reconciliations
• Solid understanding of Bookkeeping principles
• Ability to perform accurate Data Entry tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Month End Close procedures
• Experience in managing Payroll
