Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
- Maintain precise customer credit records
- Manage daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy
- Comply with relevant laws and regulations in all financial transactions
- Record financial transactions in a systematic manner
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure smooth financial operations
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure financial accuracy
- Prepare financial reports to aid in the organization's financial decision-making process
- Support the overall financial health of the organization through proficient bookkeeping
- Use Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other relevant tools for data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) to manage outgoing payments and invoices.
- Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) for tracking and collecting owed payments.
- Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations to confirm the company's financial records match the bank's records.
- Solid understanding and experience of general Bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in Data Entry to accurately record financial transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and financial calculations.
- Experience with Month End Close procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Experience in Payroll processing and management.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing and recording financial transactions.
