In this role, you will be expected to manage financial records and transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll through Quickbooks.Responsibilities:• Accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.• Reconciliation of account discrepancies.• Management of both accounts payable and receivable.• Execution of bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.• Administering payroll duties for approximately 20 employees.• Utilizing QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management tasks.• Carrying out data entry tasks and maintaining accuracy in records.• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks.• Facilitating month-end close processes.• Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and procedures.
