Responsibilities
- Managing both accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Processing payroll using timekeeping systems.
- Using Quickbooks for various accounting tasks.
- Handling general ledger work.
- Conducting bank reconciliations.
- Performing regular data entry tasks.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various tasks.
- Conducting month end close processes.
- Handling a medium to high volume of invoices.
- Proven experience in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP), including timely and accurate invoice processing.
- Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Demonstrable experience with Bank Reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Solid background in Bookkeeping, maintaining accurate and comprehensive financial records.
- Skilled in efficient and precise Data Entry, ensuring accuracy in all financial data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas.
- Experience in Month End Close procedures, ensuring all financial data is accurately reported and deadlines are met.
- Proficiency in managing Payroll, including processing, reporting and tax compliance.
- Expertise in QuickBooks, including setup, daily operations, and troubleshooting.
