We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Kissimmee, Florida. This Contract to Permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong accounting skills to support financial operations and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a background in bookkeeping, including experience with reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.Responsibilities:• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.• Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, to maintain up-to-date financial records.• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.• Assist with month-end close processes to ensure timely financial reporting.• Process payroll using appropriate software and ensure compliance with regulations.• Generate financial statements and reports to support decision-making.• Utilize tools such as QuickBooks, AppFolio, and Microsoft Excel to streamline accounting operations.• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
