Responsibilities
- Efficiently process and manage daily branch operations in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor branch performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance among the branch staff.
- Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Develop strategies to expand the branch’s customer base and revenue streams.
- Prepare, manage, and report on branch budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Ensure all branch activities adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Continuously assess market conditions and adapt strategies to remain competitive.
- Use business software tools such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, and Dentrix Dental Software efficiently.
- Handle accounting functions using Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services.
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is crucial for managing financial tasks.
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is needed to handle financial transactions and payroll.
- Experience with Concur is necessary for managing expenses and invoices.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is essential for maintaining relationships with clients and vendors.
- Proficiency in using About Time software is required for efficient time tracking and management.
- Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls professionally is needed for effective communication and customer service
- Prior financial institution leadership experience required
