Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications using relevant banking software
• Ensure all customer credit records are accurate and up to date
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Monitor the status of customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Lawon ERP to manage customer data
• Answer inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service
• Process checks in a timely and efficient manner
• Understand and apply collection processes when required
• Handle consumer loans with accuracy and professionalism
• Evaluate and manage credit applications and records using LaserPro software.• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with Banking software
• Strong skills in Data Processing
• Experience with LaserPro
• Knowledge of Lawon ERP
• Ability to handle and manage Answering Inbound Calls
• Experience with Check Processing
• Understanding of Collection Processes
• Knowledge of Consumer Loans procedures
• Familiarity with Credit management and related operations
