You will be tasked with conducting comprehensive business analysis, designing and documenting business process workflows, and communicating requirements for the technology team. This role involves maintaining regular communication with relevant stakeholders regarding progress and providing solutions for the derivatives strategic program.Responsibilities:• Develop expertise in vendor platforms, business process workflows, and system integration flows• Redesign existing processes to enhance efficiency• Foster effective coordination between the business and IT on system maintenance and support• Analyze, document, and manage system requirements, business process flows, and data flows• Employ Agile methodology to collaborate with in-house technology teams in delivering new or improved system capabilities• Maintain the system backlog and prioritize system development• Manage the system feature backlog with detailed specifications comprehensible by relevant teams• Utilize skills such as Atlassian Jira, CRM, Gap Analysis, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word to perform duties effectively• Leverage knowledge of Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, and Business Requirement Document in carrying out responsibilities• Use AB Testing and Claim Administration skills to ensure optimal performance.
