Robert Half has a brand new opening for a Business Analyst (MS Dynamics) with a reputable client based in Cape Coral, FL.This is 100% REMOTE, and is a 12-14 month contract. This role will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing current processes, and ensuring a seamless ERP transition. The ideal candidate will have ERP implementation experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to optimize business processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIESRequirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, system needs, and process improvements.Business Process Analysis: Evaluate existing workflows and recommend optimizations for improved efficiency within the new ERP system.ERP System Implementation Support: Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and end-users to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.Data Mapping & Migration: Assist in defining data migration strategies, mapping legacy data to the new ERP system, and ensuring data integrity.Testing & Validation: Develop test cases, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure the ERP system meets business requirements.Training & Documentation: Create user guides, conduct training sessions, and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and ERP vendors to ensure alignment and clear communication.Reporting & Analytics: Develop reports and dashboards using the ERP system to provide business insights and performance metrics.Risk Assessment & Issue Resolution: Identify potential challenges and work proactively to mitigate risks during the ERP implementation.Perform other duties as assigned.
