We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Business Analyst II in Troy, Michigan. The individual will be a part of an industry that focuses on data manipulation, Python, and Google Worker for visualization and building of dashboards. The role will involve understanding e-comm data and e-comm KPIs and CRM, and managing time effectively due to reporting into two managers.
Responsibilities:
• Leverage global data sources to build and maintain e-commerce and CRM dashboards and reporting to support data-driven Brand strategies.
• Process and analyze data to make recommendations and strategies for the business.
• Create and maintain CRM loyalty reporting dashboards by aggregating and consolidating data from various platforms and data sources.
• Drive customer-centric action plans and maximize opportunities by cross-referencing and merging insights from diverse data sources supporting multi-channel strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to lead KPI analyses of site performance, site feature performance, and digital marketing channels globally, providing feedback on ways to enhance performance.
• Understand on-site user journeys and conversion funnels to advise on delivering a consistent user experience and to improve conversion.
• Lead data collection from various global market partners and KPI analyses on global CRM and loyalty activations, customer behavior, email channel performance, loyalty program performance, NPS, product purchase trends, etc.
• Deliver monthly digital dashboards and presentations eCommerce CRM to provide business highlights and insights to the leadership team.
• Collaborate with the internal global team to support ad-hoc data or analysis requests and develop business cases.
• Consolidate and streamline the data needs of business stakeholders and Digital IT.
