We are seeking a Business Analyst Intermediate to join our team in the Banking industry based in CHICAGO, Illinois. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity where you will be tasked with coordinating the analysis and design of business systems, liaising between business user groups and technical systems groups, and executing systems testing.Responsibilities:• Coordinate the design and analysis of business systems• Serve as the bridge between business user groups and technical systems groups• Ensure accurate capture of business requirements and oversee their implementation• Execute systems testing to maintain the efficacy of business systems• Oversee data management within Salesforce, including data entry, clean-up, and migration• Act as the point of contact for data questions, discrepancies, and reporting• Identify and implement process improvements for data management• Develop and implement data policies and processes• Assure the quality of data and manage discrepancies• Regularly review and update business requirement documents.
