We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst/Product Owner in the non-profit industry, based in Chicago, Illinois. This role involves managing and documenting business requirements, specifications, and business process changes with a focus on user-centric solutions.Responsibilities: • Manage and document business requirements and specifications using standard analysis techniques.• Develop Agile Scrum User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.• Engage with business stakeholders to identify and assess both business and technical requirements.• Utilize advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio in daily tasks.• Assist the Quality Assurance team in translating requirements and user stories into test scenarios and plans.• Employ various tools to manage Agile initiatives, including Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, etc.• Create process diagrams, page wireframes, and/or page mock-ups to illustrate requirements when necessary.• Provide clear and concise communication in both written and verbal formats, effectively communicating complex business and technical concepts to a diverse audience.• Support both internal and external users/customers of a platform/software.
