The role involves working on cross-functional projects to drive impactful change, requiring analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical proficiency.Key Responsibilities:Conduct operational analyses to support business decision-making.Work on cross-functional projects of varying scope and complexity.Perform requirement gathering, troubleshooting, test development, and execution.Become a subject matter expert in billing options for the client.Support operational processes and ensure seamless customer experiences.Execute application testing for internal and external applications, including end-to-end user acceptance testing.Identify, report, and retest defects efficiently.Collaborate with IT and other business units to resolve technical issues and conduct root cause analysis.Document processes thoroughly to maintain operational standards.Analyze and identify failure points in technical solutions.
