Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst I to support decision-making within the business unit by conducting operational analyses under the guidance of a Sr. Business Analyst, Business Analyst I, or supervisor. The role involves working on cross-functional projects to drive impactful change, requiring analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct operational analyses to support business decision-making.
- Work on cross-functional projects of varying scope and complexity.
- Perform requirement gathering, troubleshooting, test development, and execution.
- Become a subject matter expert in billing options for the client.
- Support operational processes and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Execute application testing for internal and external applications, including end-to-end user acceptance testing.
- Identify, report, and retest defects efficiently.
- Collaborate with IT and other business units to resolve technical issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Document processes thoroughly to maintain operational standards.
- Analyze and identify failure points in technical solutions.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Exposure to Agile program development methodology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and follow through on assignments consistently.
