- Utilizing Atlassian Jira for effective project management and tracking.
- Managing and improving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Conducting comprehensive Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and documentation.
- Implementing AB Testing to evaluate system modifications.
- Applying Agile Scrum methodologies in project management.
- Analyzing and improving Business Process Functions.
- Developing and maintaining Business Requirement Documents.
- Overseeing Claim Administration processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira software for project management and tracking.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to perform Gap Analysis to identify and address system and performance discrepancies.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing business documents.
- Experience in AB Testing to optimize product performance and user experience.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies for project management.
- Understanding of Business Process Functions and how they contribute to overall company operations.
- Ability to create a comprehensive Business Requirement Document outlining project goals and objectives.
- Experience in Claim Administration, preferably in a similar industry.
