We are currently working with a distributor that is seeking a business analyst. The Business Analyst will work closely with management to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. This individual will play a key role in gathering requirements, documenting business needs, and ensuring that the solutions we implement align with business goals.Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can guide decision-making.Assist with the implementation of new systems or process changes, providing support and training as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and management, to develop solutions that address business needs.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to track business performance and provide actionable insights.Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and organizational objectives.Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
