Responsibilities
- Utilize BusinessObjects Technologies to create and manage BI and analytics solutions
- Leverage Cognos Business Intelligence to transform data into actionable insights
- Develop compelling data visualizations to communicate complex ideas to team members and stakeholders
- Generate ad hoc reports to address immediate business needs and support fast decision-making
- Employ analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights within data sets
- Use Power BI for real-time data analysis and to create interactive dashboards
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for BI and analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business intelligence needs and deliver suitable solutions
- Actively participates in the development of the Organization’s Annual Budget
- Performs cost studies and feasibility studies on current operations and new projects
- Generates and maintains Payroll and Analytic reports from the organization’s Time and Attendance scheduling software
- Develops and maintains Revenue Utilization reports and Clinical Productivity reports and evaluate results to provide recommendations to management
- Creates analytical reports to evaluate financial/operational factors that measure cost efficiency in high-cost expenditure accounts, and reach valid cost effected conclusion
- Analyzes financial information and provides recommendations to management related to changes for Federal and State reimbursement, and regulatory requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
- Must possess a Driver’s License which meets company standards for approved driver status
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Four years of experience preferably in a Healthcare Analytics/Contract Management
- Must possess knowledge of cost methodology/cost allocation and Large Databases
- Must possess strong computer applications skills in Word, Excel, and Access
- Have a minimum of 2 years of detail oriented experience as a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst or similar role
- Expertise in Power BI is highly desirable
