We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team located in SARANAC, Michigan. As a BI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in improving our BI infrastructure, assuring the quality and governance of data, and providing departments with valuable insights. You will work closely with our data team, designing effective dashboards and building strong data pipelines, promoting a data-driven culture throughout the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Modernize our BI infrastructure to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure the quality and governance of data across the organization
• Empower various departments by providing actionable insights derived from data analysis
• Collaborate with the data team to design effective dashboards that present data in a clear, concise manner
• Build robust data pipelines to ensure a smooth flow of data across the organization
• Foster a data-driven culture by promoting the use of data in decision making
• Translate complex business needs into technical solutions using your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Implement data quality initiatives to maintain data integrity
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to ensure timely completion of projects
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
• Applicant must possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant, detail-oriented experience.
• Proficiency in Analytics is a key requirement for this role.
• The candidate should have proven experience in Business Intelligence (BI).
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence Technologies is essential.
• Experience in ETL - Extract Transform Load processes is required.
• The candidate must be proficient in using Tableau.
• Skills in Data Visualization are necessary for this role.
• Knowledge of Snowflake database is a significant advantage.
• The candidate must have experience in Data Modeling.
