We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to be part of a high visibility project. In this role, you will be focusing on data, visualizations, and self-service reporting utilizing Power BI, demonstrating the power and flexibility of the Power FX Platform. This role offers a contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and maintain BI solutions.
Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and deliver comprehensive BI solutions.
Utilize Power BI to create visualizations and self-service reporting tools.
Apply ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources.
Utilize Microsoft Power Apps to develop business solutions.
Leverage your skills in Database and Analytics to provide insights and inform decision-making.
Use Business Intelligence Technologies to optimize data retrieval, dashboards, and reports.
Apply Data Visualization techniques to present data in a clear, concise, and meaningful manner.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Excellent data visualization skills with an eye for design and usability.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
