Job Responsibilities
- Lead scoping sessions with external clients and internal teams
- Gather and document current state of business processes
- Design and build out future-state process maps
- Use Visio and Microsoft Project for detailed process documentation
- Collaborate with internal PMs, developers, and stakeholders
- 5 years of Business Process Analyst experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong experience with Visio
- Strong presence and confident communicator in meetings
- High attention to detail (grammar/spelling matters)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
