We are seeking a Business Process Automation Engineer to drive efficiency and optimization across our sales and marketing teams. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows, ensuring the adoption of tools, and optimizing business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), SQL, and Azure to build scalable solutions that enhance productivity and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Process Automation & Optimization
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows to optimize sales and marketing processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365.
- Ensure tools are effectively utilized and drive adoption across teams.
Systems & Tools Management
- Manage, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 to align with sales and marketing objectives.
- Develop and maintain custom applications and automation solutions using Power Platform.
- Work with SQL databases to extract, transform, and analyze data for process enhancements.
- Integrate and optimize cloud-based solutions leveraging Azure services.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to understand business requirements and deliver automation solutions.
- Provide training and documentation to ensure effective tool adoption and best practices.
- Troubleshoot system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to enhance reliability.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3 years of experience in business process automation, CRM/ERP systems, or a similar role.
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), and Azure services.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
- Hubspot marketing platform
- Experience in integrating systems and developing APIs for process automation.
- Understanding of sales and marketing workflows and how automation can improve efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze business needs and recommend solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train users on tools and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-powered automation within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Familiarity with customer journey automation tools.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure are a plus.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
