Case Manager

Salary: $50000.00 to $70000.00 yearly

Description

We are in the process of recruiting a Case Manager in Houston, Texas. This role plays a critical function within our organization, primarily focusing on assisting clients and coordinating with medical providers. This role will demand efficient communication skills and the ability to handle multiple clerical support functions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between clients, medical providers, and other third parties to provide status updates and resolve issues
• Offer superior customer service by resolving client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Assist clients in identifying suitable medical providers and follow-up on their treatment progress
• Conduct initial client intake through various channels such as phone, text, email, or in-person meetings
• Coordinate meetings and conference calls for attorneys and handle scheduling responsibilities
• Manage translation services during meetings or calls with Spanish-speaking clients
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of databases, along with the preparation and filing of documents with respective courts
• Analyze and create correspondence and other documents, ensuring their proper organization and storage within document storage software
• Handle general office duties such as copying, faxing, scanning, mailing documents, and billing
• Maintain regular contact and follow-up with clients, court personnel, insurance companies, opposing attorneys and their staff, and other third parties.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Case Manager role or related field
• Proficiency in Allscripts software
• Experience with Banner Ads
• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Knowledge of Dcs software
• Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM
• Understanding and experience in Benefit Functions
• Previous experience in Case Management
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Familiarity with Clinical Trial Operations
