Looking for a CFO to join our team. This person will partner with the executive leadership team to drive all accounting/finance and audit processes, as well as business strategy to improve financial results. You will be in charge of preparing accurate and timely financial statements. Taking controller of all accounting processes and performing business analysis.
Responsibilities
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Manage relationships with banks
Qualifications
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- 7 - 10 years' of accounting/finance experience
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
Salary : $145,000 - $180,000
