The ideal candidate this client is currently looking for is an experienced Chief Financial Officer for their US operations. In this role you will perform effective risk management and plan the organization’s financial strategy, broad investment, banking operations while protecting the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive the company’s financial planning, budgeting and controlling
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Support to decisions on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks structure
- Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations and liabilities
- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, accountants, etc.)
- Manage customer/vendor relationships along with the Sales team
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Ensure compliance with all legal and tax requirements and company’s policies
Qualifications
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- 10 plus years' of finance/accounting experience with at least 2yrs as a CFO
- CPA Required
Salary : $250,000 - $350,000
