Responsibilities:•Drafting, analyzing, and interpreting various contracts and legal documents.• Conducting detailed research and analysis on complex legal issues. • Assisting senior attorneys with the preparation for trials and conduct depositions• Establishing detail oriented and courteous communication with prospective and existing clients.• Reviewing case files and drafting demand letters accordingly.• Participating in weekly case conferences and consultations. • Drafting pleadings, briefs, and other types of legal documents and correspondence.
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
