Job Description: Investor Relations Analyst – Law Firm
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Investor Relations (IR) Analyst to join our client's Investor Relations team within their Law Firm. This role is primarily focused on the preparation, organization, and distribution of templated communications, including press releases and client communications. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, formatting, and organizing templated press releases in accordance with firm and client guidelines.
- Manage the distribution of press releases using PR distribution tools, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Traffic content through the appropriate review, approval, and distribution workflows.
- Maintain a centralized database of templates, press releases, and client communications for consistency and ease of use.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to manage email communications, including scheduling, formatting, and tracking responses.
- Support the IR team in managing and updating PR distribution lists to ensure they remain accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure adherence to branding, style guides, and compliance requirements in all communications.
- Manage client communications via email and phone
- **Please note** this is not a creative position, the work is heavily templated and we need somebody who is incredibly attentive to detail.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 0-1 years of experience in an Investor Relations, Public Relations, Project Coordination or Administrative role.
- Familiarity with PR distribution tools (e.g., Cision, PR Newswire, Business Wire) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable
- Works well independently as well as with a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with legal or professional services industries is a plus.
