Cloud Automation Engineer

Robert Half is partnering with an established, high-growth investment management firm with offices across major global cities, they are currently in growth mode and looking to hire a DevOps engineer that will be focused on automating and streamlining processes within the Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. Reporting to the Director of IT Infrastructure, this role requires hands-on expertise with cloud automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop secure and efficient cloud solutions, with a strong focus on supporting the firm’s investment technology operations. This is a new role that combines innovation, technology, and cloud automation expertise, designed to support a dynamic investment technology environment.Key Responsibilities:Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Bicep.Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to streamline resource deployment.Automate and optimize cloud infrastructure processes, focusing on Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.Ensure alignment with security standards for cloud deployments and identity management.Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues, implementing long-term solutions.Enhance policy and standards documentation to reflect job duties and best practices.Communicate technical solutions and collaborate with IT team members to achieve project goals.Additional Details:Comprehensive medical, dental, vision options (company-subsidized)401(k) with 5% matchLife & Disability insurance,15 PTO days, and 7 sick days.
