The selected candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining the security of cloud-based platforms and networks. This role mainly involves the application of technical knowledge to ensure the safe operation of our cloud infrastructure, making it a crucial component of our business operations.This role is hybrid 2 days onsite in Los Angeles, CA or Chicago, IL Responsibilities:• Employ Microsoft Azure skills to enhance the security of our cloud environment• Apply in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices to safeguard our digital assets• Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview • Demonstrate self-motivation and proactivity in the face of pressure and challenging situations• Exhibit a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks• Communicate effectively, both in written and oral form, to facilitate smooth operations• Leverage extensive experience in cybersecurity to tackle complex security issues• Utilize Amazon CloudWatch, Amazon EC2, Ansible, Atlassian Jira, Auto Scaling, API Development, Automation, AWS Technologies, Backup Technologies, and Cluster Analysis skills to optimize cloud security• Handle and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
Salary : $160,000 - $190,000
