We are offering an employment opportunity for a Credit & Collections Specialist to join our team in Santa Ana, California. This role is within the construction industry, although previous experience in construction is not a requirement. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, resolving inquiries, and monitoring customer accounts.Responsibilities:• Efficiently process customer credit applications• Maintain accurate records of customer credit• Handle billing, invoicing, and data entry related tasks• Manage collections and accounting activities related to Accounts Receivable (AR)• Ensure compliance is maintained throughout all processes• Handle payroll duties as required• Resolve any issues related to billing• Adapt to stressful situations and come up with creative solutions• Work with manual processes and paper records when necessary• Utilize Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and other relevant skills to perform duties efficiently• Manage cash activity and cash handling procedures.
