Responsibilities:• Engage in regular communication with clients through phone, email, and written correspondence to collect outstanding balances.• Oversee and manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts with a focus on ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.• Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure all collections processes are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.• Negotiate settlements or payment plans in line with the firm's policies and legal guidelines.• Utilize Juris software• Administer billing functions and claims, and answer inbound calls as part of the collections process.
