As a Collections Specialist, you'll be tasked with managing customer accounts, processing credit applications, and ensuring accuracy in our records. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Manage B2B collections and outstanding invoices • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM to track customer accounts• Conduct customer collections through phone calls and email correspondence• Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer credit records• Answer inbound calls and assist with customer inquiries• Utilize software like Service Titan (training will be provided) and Accurint for efficient processing and administration• Oversee claim administration and billing functions• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) related tasks• Use ADP - Financial Services and Epic Software for financial tasks.
