In this role, you will be tasked with the responsibility of managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries, and maintaining detailed records within a detail-oriented setting. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle B2B collections procedures.• Adapt swiftly to changes in work environment and job duties.• Display strong analytical skills in resolving customer queries.• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer credit applications.• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.• Exhibit strong communication skills in all facets of the job.• Maintain a high level of detail orientation in all dealings with customers.The salary range for this position is $24 to $26.
