The industry is fast-paced and ever-changing, providing a unique set of challenges and opportunities.Responsibilities:• Handle business-to-business collections effectively and professionally• Utilize various accounting software systems to manage customer accounts• Maintain meticulous records of accounts receivable (AR)• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding their credit applications • Use Accurint and CRM tools to keep track of customer interactions• Conduct claim administration tasks as necessary• Manage billing functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness• Answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues• Use Epic Software for various financial services related tasks• Monitor customer accounts regularly and initiate appropriate action when necessary
