In this role, you will be primarily focused on maintaining customer accounts, managing billing inquiries, and ensuring efficient processing of customer credit applications. Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts with outstanding balances.• Efficiently process customer credit applications.• Handle customer requirements for invoice payments such as vendor applications and questionnaires.• Adhere to internal procedures for collecting overdue invoices and ensure that internal reports are updated.• Reach out to customers via email or phone to confirm payment intent and status.• Provide support to both internal teams and external customers with billing inquiries.• Utilize accounting software systems and NetSuite for collections and billing functions.• Manage B2B collections and accounts receivable.• Answer inbound calls related to collections and billing.
