Collections Specialist

Salary: $22.80 to $26.40 hourly

Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in Exeter, Rhode Island. This position is situated in a dynamic workplace where the focus is on managing customer accounts and ensuring efficient credit and collections processes.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle a high volume of emails related to credit and collections.
• Coordinate invoices with customers, ensuring prompt payment and resolution of any issues.
• Assist with the management of customer accounts, monitoring for any changes or discrepancies.
• Utilize various software systems for accounting and customer relationship management, including Accurint, ADP, CRM, and Epic Software.
• Handle inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications and transactions.
• Take appropriate action on customer accounts based on monitoring results.
• Manage billing functions and claim administration in accordance with company policies.
• Continually update and maintain accounts receivable records.
• Participate in the collection processes, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Familiarity with Accurint is a must.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
• Must be able to use CRM effectively.
• Knowledge of Epic Software is necessary.
• Must be skilled in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively.
• Experience with Billing Functions is crucial.
• Familiarity with Claim Administration is necessary.
