A leading Commercial Litigation firm in Seattle is looking to add a Senior Paralegal to their team. This role will be instrumental in managing various aspects of litigation cases, contributing as a lead Paralegal, and providing guidance and mentorship to the rest of the Litigation Paralegal team and support staff.Responsibilities:• Oversee and perform all elements of litigation case management, including but not limited to file management, discovery, and trial activities.• Develop and implement systems and procedures to facilitate efficient organization and retrieval of documents for the attorneys on the case team.• Collaborate with outside entities such as courts, government agencies, expert witnesses, corporations, vendors, and other law firms to gather information or coordinate activities in support of firm activities, particularly trials and arbitrations.• Draft, review, and analyze routine legal documents.• Provide mentorship and training to entry level paralegals, imparting knowledge about litigation procedures and best practices.• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing exhibits and evidence.• Interact with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information pertinent to cases.• Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality work standards.• Liaise between attorneys and support staff to ensure that paralegal services are meeting the team's expectations, and proactively identify opportunities to improve systems and procedures.Firm offers full benefits including 401K, profit sharing, top notch Medical coverage, exciting cases to work, 2 weeks PTO, 6.5 days sick leave, paid court holidays, and more!To submit your resume confidentially please send to Sam(dot)Sheehan(at)RobertHalf(dot)(com)
